As we expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Executive who’s eager to grow and develop within the sales space.
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and sales development. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, who is motivated to contribute to the company’s growth by building a pipeline of potential clients within the media industry. This position is ideal for someone who can independently generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage client relationships, with the potential to advance to higher sales responsibilities, including event sponsorships and ad space sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Independently source potential leads on Linked In, industry directories, and other lead generation tools.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct daily cold calls to media industry contacts, introducing Ad Tech Today’s offerings and establishing rapport with potential clients.
- Service Promotion: Present Ad Tech Today’s services (interviews, event sponsorships, digital and print ad spaces, and custom media events) in a compelling manner that meets client needs.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Prepare and maintain a detailed pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team, tracking and updating contact history.
- Client Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients and identify their needs, recommending relevant services to help meet their business goals.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales representatives for deeper sales discussions.
- Sales Reporting: Log all interactions and activities in the CRM system, maintaining accuracy and providing regular updates on pipeline progress.
- Growth Opportunity: Work towards managing independent sales accounts within 6-12 months, with responsibilities in sponsorship and ad space sales, as well as executing customized media events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in lead generation, sales development, or a related role, with exposure to cold calling and sales presentations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage prospects, address objections, and foster strong relationships.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, driven to meet lead generation and sales targets consistently.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM systems being a plus.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to advance in sales, open to learning new skills, and excited to take on greater responsibilities over time.
