Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets from CRM systems to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis and improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in CRM analytics and data visualization to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Tableau CRM, CRM Analytics, Einstein's Analytics, SQL .

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
