Assistant Manager Strategic Growth and Partnerships

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager Strategic Growth and Partnerships to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, fostering long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth. Your role will involve leveraging multiple communication channels, including emails, calls, and in-person meetings, to secure new business, nurture client relationships, and collaborate on innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development and Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with clients and partners by understanding their goals and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and execute mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
2. Strategic Growth Initiatives:
- Research and explore new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business development goals.
- Leverage insights from industry trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.
3. Business Development and Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Participate in industry events and represent the company to build a strong network of prospects.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare professional and tailored proposals that align with client needs and highlight the unique value of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant insights for proposal creation.
- Effectively present proposals, address client concerns, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
5. Client Success and Revenue Growth:
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and exceptional experiences.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
- Build long-term partnerships that drive mutual success and business sustainability.
6. Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Regularly generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the HR services industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (a plus).
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and events.
