Experience Required: 4-12 Years
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage electrical Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit MEP for various projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM execution.
- Create detailed electrical BIM models, including layouts, schematics, and diagrams.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM processes and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the overall project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 4-12 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and other BIM software such as AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for BIM.
