As a Junior HR Executive, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition while working remotely from the comfort of your home.
Training Period: On-site in Mumbai for one month
Post Training: Hybrid
Days : Monday to Friday
Timings : 11am - 7pm
Experience :6 months to 1 year
Budget: 10k - 20k
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals such as Linked In, social media platforms, and professional networks.
● Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
● Assist in drafting job descriptions, assignments and posting job openings on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
● Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance our recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements & Skills:
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members.
● Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
● Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or talent acquisition. ● Might have to travel once a week for on-site meetings.
● Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop for remote work
