Job Title: Manager - Business Finance Department: Finance Reports to: SVP Finance The Business Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and planning support to business units to drive financial performance and business outcomes. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy. Providing financial insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers. Monitor spends and ensure alignment with financial targets. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management. Conduct business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus). ~3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A. ~ Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques. ~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. ~ Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics. Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Experience in similar industry is a plus Inshorts Group is a leading tech startup in the short form content space.
