Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Marketing & Growth team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, experience with analytics tools, and a strong ability to derive actionable insights to drive business growth. Candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales and marketing campaigns, improve customer retention and identify customer growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable insights from marketing campaigns to optimize ROI and effectiveness 
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends using segmentation techniques to improve retention and lifetime value
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint/Google Slides to effectively communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs for the sales, marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to design and conduct A/B tests for campaigns and product changes.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets to help arrive at strategic decisions.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a marketing or growth team
  • Proficiency in SQL is a must and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
