Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Graphic Design Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling digital content. This role involves producing high-quality graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and design visual assets that enhance brand messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while adapting designs for different platforms and audiences.
- Utilise design software like, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva to produce and edit digital graphics, animations, and videos.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital graphic design or a related role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
Soft Skills:
- Strong creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
