Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and deeply enthusiastic Carbon Market Analyst with experience in Net Zero, ESG and/or Sustainability to join our team. Your responsibilities would include conducting research and staying up to date on market trends involving the Voluntary Carbon Market.
Key Tasks and Accountability:
· Conduct in-depth desk research on topics related to Carbon Markets, including Article 6, CORSIA Standards, market trends, regulations, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
· Firm understanding of Carbon Offset Methodologies from various GHG Registries (e.g., VERRA, Gold Standard, etc.).
· Analyse complex data from diverse sources, including academic journals, industry reports, news articles, and government data.
· Synthesise your findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the sustainability landscape and identify potential opportunities for the Company.
· Collaborate with internal teams across departments, including marketing, product development, and sustainability.
Educational & Experience:
· Master’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or any relevant field.
· Relevant work experience is a plus.

· Strategic vision, Strong technical and analytical capabilities.
· Strong reporting and writing abilities.

· A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
· A self-motivator and a collaborative team player.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary.
