Our work not only supports global demand for seaweed-based products but also drives livelihood creation and strengthens marine resilience. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in biotech, agriculture, agri-inputs, or agrichemical products . The ideal candidate has deep field experience, strong industry connections, and has successfully sold products to farmers, dealers, distributors, and agri-business partners. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships. Promote and sell biotech/agri-related products such as biostimulants, biofertilizers, and crop inputs . Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and trials to showcase product effectiveness. Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates. Degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, Business Management, or related field (preferred). Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Work Experience ~3–5 years of experience in sales within biotech, agriculture, agrichemicals, or agri-inputs (mandatory). Experience managing dealer networks and channel partners. Ability to conduct field demos and technical presentations.
