We are Kugelblitz Private Limited a leading fintech IT company, looking for a skilled Senior Java Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects while contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications in line with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code using Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues in Java applications.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development technologies.
Required skills and Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL).
• Version control using Git and experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of No SQL databases (Mongo DB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Experience with Frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
