We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Non-Tech Recruiter who excels in business hiring for non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for startups, consumer, or SaaS companies in India. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for business and non-tech roles, building strong pipelines, and delivering quality talent in a competitive landscape. End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, to onboarding. Sourcing & Pipeline Building : Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for various non-tech roles, including marketing, finance, operations, HR, and sales. Stakeholder Management : Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates that align with the company’s culture and goals. Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting the client’s employer brand. Performance Metrics : RequirementsExperience : 3-8 years of recruitment experience focused on non-technical hiring for startups, consumer brands, or SaaS companies in India. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the hiring landscape in non-tech sectors, including market trends, talent availability, and the unique challenges faced by startups. Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, LinkedIn, and job boards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring effectiveness. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Growth Opportunities : Take on leadership roles, manage projects, and contribute to the strategic direction of the recruitment function.
