About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a focus on the MERN stack and Python to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for someone with a proven track record in software architecture, exceptional coding standards, and the ability to transform business requirements into scalable products.
Responsibilities:
Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the architectural design and ensure software solutions align with business goals.
Development Excellence: Write, review, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable code adhering to industry standards.
Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into a product plan, including backlog creation and Jira ticket management.
Leadership and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Decision Making: Make independent technical decisions and implement them effectively.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly in a team or independently, demonstrating flexibility and ownership.
Product Lifecycle: Develop a roadmap for the product, breaking down complex projects into manageable deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience ( 5-8 Years) in software development, particularly with the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express, React, Node.js) and Python.
Strong expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to independently make technical decisions.
High coding standards with a focus on quality and performance.
Strong experience in agile methodologies, backlog creation, and managing development pipelines using tools like Jira.
Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working in a remote environment.
Exposure to Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
