About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with a strong background in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. You will be responsible for backend development in a fast-paced environment, working on critical mission-driven projects with a focus on modern technology stacks such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Redis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable Java applications.
Design and implement microservices architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Work with Kafka for event-driven architectures.
Implement caching strategies using Redis.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Java , Spring Boot , and Microservices .
Strong understanding and working knowledge of Kafka and Redis .
Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with various databases.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
