Job Title - Manager (Electronic Assembly Mfg.)

Work location - Pune

Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech

Experience - 8 - 10 yrs

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manufacturing Operations Management
  • Oversee the operation of SMT lines (preferably Panasonic), Wave Soldering, and Manual Soldering processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and manage fixtures for SMT, Wave Soldering, and Manual Soldering processes.
  • Program and optimize SPI and AOI systems to enhance defect detection and process accuracy.
  1. Product and Process Development
  • Apply APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans to support new product development and process optimization.
  • Develop manufacturing documentation and standards to ensure consistent production quality.
  1. Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting
  • Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to maintain compliance and improve process reliability.
  • Conduct troubleshooting using GD&T, QC Story, 5 Why Analysis, and 8D methodologies to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with IPC standards for electronic assemblies.
  1. EV Component Manufacturing Expertise
  • Manage the production and quality of EV-specific components, including Vehicle Control Units, Motor Control Units, Battery Chargers, and DC-DC Converters.
  • Ensure proper handling and assembly of child part components such as PCBs, PTH components, and MI components.
  1. Inventory and Resource Management
  • Manage inventory and storage of electronic components, ensuring availability and minimizing wastage.
  • Monitor and control the use of materials to optimize costs and maintain production schedules.
  1. Machine Management
  • Oversee the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
  • Implement machine management protocols to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas for efficiency gains and quality enhancements.
  1. Team Collaboration and Training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing and quality processes.
