Senior Business Development Manager Base Location: Jaipur, India
Sales Territory: Dubai
Salary Range: ₹15–18 Lakhs per annum
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead sales and business expansion in the Dubai market. Based in Jaipur, this role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales acumen, the ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record in international business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Dubai market.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor strategies to establish a competitive edge.
Forge strong partnerships to expand the company’s reach and influence in Dubai.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities in Dubai.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Address client needs, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction at all stages.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to the senior leadership team.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to Dubai periodically for client meetings, business events, and market assessments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, with 3+ years in international sales, preferably targeting the Dubai market.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of Dubai’s market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
