Job Title - Talent Acquisition ExecutiveEmployment Type: Retainer (Contractual)Job Overview:The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for Ratings Off-roll business. This includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding while maintaining recruitment SLAs and high-quality hiring standards.Key Responsibilities:- Proven experience in managing end to end mass and bulk hiring- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and pre-joining engagement.- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, agencies, etc.) to attract suitable talent.- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports on a weekly basis.- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT- Partner with internal HR and business teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ fitment as per role requirements.- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process- Experience in driving bulk recruitment initiatives through close coordination with businessRequired Skills and Qualifications:- Graduate/ PG in HR or relevant field.- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).- Strong communication and coordination skills.- Proficiency in using job portals- Ability to manage volume hiring and work under tight deadlines.- Basic Excel and MIS reporting knowledge.
