(Max Salary: ₹11.5 LPA for experienced candidates)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Day Shifts)
About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Ed Tech team in Bangalore. This role involves interacting with both students and working professionals, understanding their learning needs, and recommending the most suitable courses. If you have strong communication skills, are comfortable working with targets, and have a passion for education, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to students or working professionals through calls, emails, and other communication channels to pitch and sell the various courses we offer.
* Assess the needs of potential clients (students or professionals), recommend the most appropriate courses, and highlight the value propositions.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while delivering excellent customer experience.
Experience:
- **For Experienced Candidates:** Minimum of 1 year of Inside Sales experience, preferably in the Ed Tech or related industry.
- **Education:** Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to converse with students and professionals at all levels.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
