The Project Head will oversee and manage construction project from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client specifications. Key tasks include planning project timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and addressing technical and operational challenges. They will coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards, while fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes.QualificationsProven project management skills, including planning, timeline management, and budget controlStrong knowledge of building constructions.Ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholdersExperience with technical problem-solving, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilitiesBachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferredPrior experience in on-site construction project management.
