The ideal candidate should understand PHP, Laravel framework, and backend development strongly. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel.- Write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.- Work closely with front-end developers and other team members to deliver seamless solutions.- Maintain clear and concise technical documentation.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 6+ years of experience in the Laravel framework and PHP development.- Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React is a plus).- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.- Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.- Good communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Laravel Livewire, Nova, or similar tools.- Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Benefits:- Flexible work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and learning.- Collaborative and innovative work culture.Important Note: Apply only if you have a minimum of 5 years of experience and are an immediate joiner or can join within 1 week.
