Position Overview:

We are a hiri ng and staffing company seeking to fill a critical role for our client, a well-established consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance and corporate advisory services. This remote position is for an Associate Manager - Consulting , ideal for individuals with exceptional expertise in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures .

Our client has a preference for corporate lawyers looking to transition into consulting. The role involves working on diverse and high-impact projects for clients across various industries, focusing on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and operational excellence.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to creating customized solutions that meet industry and regulatory standards.

Salary Range

  • INR 80,000 to 1,20,000 / Per Month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy and Procedure Development:
  • Draft, review, and implement comprehensive policies and procedures based on client needs in industries such as finance, technology, and corporate sectors.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Update and revise policies to reflect changes in regulations or client requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance Support:
  • Provide advisory services to help clients comply with local and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., UAE Central Bank, DFSA, SCA, etc.).
  • Analyze and identify gaps in clients’ existing documentation, offering tailored solutions to address deficiencies.
  • Assist clients in preparing submissions for regulatory approvals, audits, and compliance inspections.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients’ internal teams (compliance, legal, and risk) to understand business processes and develop aligned policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding policy-related queries and ongoing support.
  • Deliver training sessions to client teams on implementing policies and understanding regulatory requirements.
  • Research and Thought Leadership:
  • Stay updated on regulatory, legal, and market trends to ensure accurate and relevant client deliverables.
  • Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare client policies with industry standards.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, articles, and presentations on emerging regulatory topics.
  • High-Quality Client Deliverables:
  • Prepare and deliver documentation that is clear, actionable, and fully compliant with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree in Law, Business, or related fields is preferred.
  • Legal qualifications such as bar certification are advantageous.
  • Professional Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate law , regulatory compliance, or policy drafting.
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or consulting is highly desirable.

Technical Expertise:

  • Exceptional writing skills, with demonstrated experience drafting detailed and concise policies, procedures, or legal documents.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret laws, regulations, and business requirements.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote environment.
  • High attention to detail and a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Corporate lawyers transitioning into consulting with a focus on policy and procedure development .
  • Professionals familiar with regulatory frameworks and compliance mandates in jurisdictions like the UAE, GCC, or globally.
  • Candidates with certifications in compliance, risk management, or governance (e.g., ICA, CAMS) are a plus.
