Job Description: Growth Marketing Intern Location : Gurgaon, India (Hybrid/On-site)

Are you a creative thinker passionate about growing communities and scaling user bases? Sploot is looking for a motivated Growth Marketing Intern to drive key initiatives that expand our app user base, engage our community, and increase monthly transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities 1. User Growth Develop and execute strategies to grow our iOS and Android app user base.
Implement creative campaigns, referral programs, and partnerships to drive app downloads.
Analyze app performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights.
2. Monthly Transacting Users Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase monthly active and transacting users.
Collaborate with the product and operations teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
3. Expert and Event Management Identify, onboard, and manage experts to deliver value to the Sploot community.
Curate, list, and promote community events on the app, ensuring maximum participation and engagement.
4. Community Moderation and Engagement Moderate discussions in the app’s community groups to ensure a positive and helpful environment.
Initiate and sustain engaging conversations to keep the community active and thriving.
Respond to user queries and feedback in a timely manner.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting Track and report on growth metrics, community engagement, and app performance.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth hacking strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
Passion for pets, community building, and user engagement is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and basic graphic design is a bonus.
