About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Testing and Installation Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Typescript , Next.js , or Android development , and will focus on ensuring software quality and successful deployment. You will work closely with developers, QA teams, and end users to create and maintain a seamless installation experience and ensure the software meets high standards of functionality and usability.
Key Responsibilities Testing & Quality Assurance:
Design and execute test cases to identify software issues.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues.
Ensure thorough testing of new features in staging environments before deployment.
Installation & Deployment:
Handle software installations for clients or internal users.
Develop and maintain scripts for automated installations and updates.
Provide technical support for installation-related issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and installation guidelines.
Track, report, and prioritize bugs in a structured manner.
Provide feedback to developers and stakeholders regarding software quality and user experience.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the testing and installation process.
Stay updated on the latest tools and best practices for testing and deployment.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and installation efficiency.
Requirements Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Typescript and Next.js , or strong experience in Android development .
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
Basic knowledge of backend services and APIs.
Experience:
2+ years in software testing, development, or related roles.
Prior experience with web or mobile application testing and installation processes.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
