Real Time Data Services | Event Manager | gurugram

- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and management of corporate driven live, virtual, and hybrid events as well as work with cross-functional teams to coordinate event logistics for smaller tradeshows across the globe.
- Venue Research and Booking: Utilize sourcing platforms to research and book venues for smaller events, coordinating with vendors to ensure availability and budget alignment.
- Attendee Registration: Manage event registration, oversee attendee lists, and ensure accurate tracking for effective follow-up.
- Event Collateral Production: Coordinate the creation and distribution of meeting materials such as name badges, signage, table tents, and other branded collateral.
- Inventory and Shipping: Oversee the shipping of materials to and from tradeshow locations to ensure timely delivery and efficient return logistics.
- Project Updates: Attend team meetings, provide regular project updates, and proactively communicate progress to the event team and stakeholders.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in budget tracking and reconciliation for assigned events, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years in offline & online event coordination or project management, preferably in a midsize or startup organization. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional attendee experience, with a positive and proactive approach to customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues as they arise.
