Content Creator/Influencer: Help amplify our social media reach and engagement   We are House Of Makeup: an ambitious young beauty brand that is pioneering clean, high-performance makeup in the country. We are proud to be a homegrown brand with a woman-led founder,  with big growth goals.   We are looking for an equally ambitious content creator who loves creating viral beauty/makeup reels/creatives and wants to accelerate their professional growth. As our social media influencer, you will be the ambassador of our brand, creating powerful and engaging content that informs, inspires, and converts potential consumers. Basic Requirements: · At least 2 years of experience as a social media content creator · Comfort in being in front of the camera: ability to apply makeup in front of the camera and act as per script · Expertise in shooting content/reels with an i Phone—knowledge of lighting, angles, shooting techniques for social media   KRAs · Create trending, viral makeup reels every day that fit the brand’s aesthetics and standards · Edit reels on In Shot: ability to edit at speed · Write captions for all posts and reels · Post content daily across all social media platforms, strictly sticking to posting schedules, strategy, and timelines · Nurture, maintain, and grow the online community by replying to all comments, messages, and DMs Must-haves 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Preferably in an ad/digital agency/cosmetic company/fashion company) Experience in creating and editing reels and content on a daily basis In-depth knowledge of social media platform features and how to use them Editing knowledge: In Shot Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest, Twitter, etc. Social media should be an obsession, not just a passion An eye for latest trending content, pop culture references, trending songs, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bonus skills · Designing skills and experience in AI, Photoshop, Canva · Experience in brand strategy and management Industry Cosmetics, Beauty, Ad agency, Fashion Employment Type - Full Time
