Role: Senior Devops Engineer
Location: Remote work
Work time: Rotational shift (Includes night shift-IST, EMEA & US )
Salary Range: 20 to 25 LPA + Shift Allowance
Responsibilities:
- Must have 5 to 15+ years of experience in Design, implementing, and maintaining the CI/CD pipeline for software applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of code changes into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Automate deployment, scaling, and management of applications using containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Manage and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Implement and maintain version control systems like GitHub for code repository management.
- Utilize GitHub Actions to automate workflows and build/test processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, containerization, and automation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions for automating workflows and build/test processes.Proficiency in Jenkins for building and managing CI/CD pipelines.Solid understanding of Git and experience with GitHub for code version control and repository management.
- Experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management.Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Shell Script, Python, or Ruby.
- Good to have knowledge of ELK Setup (Elastic Search-Logstash-Kibana) for log parsing and proactive monitoring.
- Must have knowledge of Apache Tomcat, HTTPD
- Good to have working knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Good to have knowledge of code analysis tool like Nexus Sonar/Sonatype NexusIQ
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like Cassandra
- Knowledge of networking
