We are #hiring for Lead – Email Strategy & Customer Growth(Email Deliverability) Location: #Mumbai Netcore Cloud is a global, AI-powered customer engagement and experience platform that helps B2C brands drive revenue, retention, and personalized experiences across channels, with email as a core growth lever. Design full-funnel email and lifecycle strategies that drive conversions, retention, repeat revenue, and ROAS for enterprise customers across verticals. - Run strategic audits (segments, journeys, cadence, templates, triggers, hygiene) and redesign onboarding-to-win-back flows backed by data and best practices. - Champion innovation with AMP, dynamic content, and AI-powered segmentation and journeys, closely partnering with Deliverability to turn inboxing insights into business actions. - Lead workshops and CXO presentations on email excellence, lifecycle design, and innovation, and create reusable frameworks, templates, benchmarks, and GTM decks. - Enable internal teams (CSM, Sales, Email Ops) with strategic narratives, help rescue at-risk ac nocounts, and support retention and expansion motions. Review performance (opens, clicks, CTOR, conversions, domain health) and translate insights into clear strategy recommendations and experiments. - Conduct weekly
