Leeford Healthcare is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of our website. This role focuses on maintaining the website’s content, ensuring seamless functionality, and improving user experience. Please note: this is not a website development role. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in website management or digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Content Management:
Update and manage website content, including product listings, banners, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and update SEO-friendly content to improve search rankings.
User Experience (UX) Optimization:
Analyze website performance and identify areas for improvement in user experience and navigation.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve visuals and functionality.
Website Monitoring:
Regularly review website for errors, broken links, or outdated content.
Test website features and ensure they work across all devices and browsers.
Track website analytics and generate performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work with third-party developers or technical teams for backend updates or fixes as needed.
Coordinate with marketing teams for product launches, campaigns, and promotions.
E-Commerce Management (if applicable):
Manage product catalogs, pricing, and stock information on the website.
Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways and order tracking systems.
Basic Troubleshooting:
Identify and report technical issues to the development team.
Ensure quick resolution of minor content-related issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in website management or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar).
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Understanding of e-commerce management
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
