Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Creative Interior Designer with a strong background in commercial design to join our dynamic team. With over 10-12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering innovative interior designs that enhance commercial spaces. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, 3ds Max, and other relevant tools is a significant advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualization and Design: Lead the development of creative concepts and design strategies for commercial interior projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.

• Space Planning: Expertise in space planning to optimize functionality and flow within commercial environments, integrating ergonomic principles and client requirements.

• Pitch Development: Create compelling pitch presentations that effectively communicate design concepts, utilizing a mix of sketches, mood boards, and detailed 3D visualizations.

• Project Management: Oversee project execution from initial concept through to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

• Collaboration : Work closely with Design Director to integrate design elements seamlessly into commercial spaces, ensuring functional and aesthetic harmony.

• Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions that exceed expectations.

• Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial interior design to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.


Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Junior Interior Designer specializing in commercial projects.

• Proficiency in design software’s such as Revit/ 3ds Max (Advantageous) , AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing and functional designs.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
