As a Bookings Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our mission to Book nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. Handling inbound/outbound calls: Receiving calls from clients and candidates and assisting with their queries and attending to their needs. Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries, requests and complaints: Booking nurses/healthcare professionals in to shifts: Reaching out to candidates to find out their availability and booking them into shifts accordingly. Ensuring client is kept informed on the replacement and or the candidate is kept informed regarding the shift cancellation and all is documented on the system. To be professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful to all candidates that you speak to: Maintaining highest standards of the ICG Medical values. Using necessary networks and platform to acquire new business. To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care: Keeping clients and candidates informed and creating a seamless transaction and experience. To have an efficient telephone manner to take accurate information and update the system. Recruitment experience within any industry is a must Out of hours experience is incredibly beneficial, but not required Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
