Performance Marketing Manager at a worldwide FMCG brand

About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing efforts across e-commerce brands. This role is all about driving measurable growth through data-led decisions, sharp execution, and close collaboration with creative and tech teams. You’ll own performance outcomes end-to-end from strategy to optimisation. Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms with a strong focus on ROAS. Manage and align performance strategies with Shopify-based e-commerce ecosystems. Track and analyse KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and make real-time optimisations. Work closely with design and development teams on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page performance. Run A/B tests across creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, paid media, and digital advertising. 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for e-commerce or Shopify brands. ~ Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms. ~ Proven ability to improve ROAS and lower CPA through optimisation. ~ Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc. ~ Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights. ~ At Scratchpad, performance isn’t standalone; it’s deeply connected with branding, storytelling, and creativity.
