Business Development Consultant

Alcor Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Consultant to drive growth across the India region. In this role, you’ll introduce clients to High5 , our innovative employee appreciation and recognition platform, empowering organizations to enhance workplace culture through cutting-edge HR technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients across India through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and online channels.
- Solution Consultation: Demonstrate the value of High5 by tailoring messaging to meet client needs, establishing Alcor as a leader in employee recognition solutions.
- Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute strategies to engage new clients and nurture existing relationships, positioning High5 as integral to their HR strategy.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate High5’s unique strengths.
- Collaborative Growth: Partner with internal teams to support client success and align on strategic objectives, driving outcomes that benefit both clients and Alcor.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in business consulting, inside sales, or a similar client-focused role, preferably in HR IT product sales.
- Communication Strength: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach that resonates with customers.
- Engagement Expertise: Comfortable with outreach and engagement at all organizational levels, including HR leaders and C-suite executives.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Industry Familiarity: Understanding of the HR technology landscape, particularly employee engagement tools, is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with employee recognition platforms or HR IT solutions is a plus.
- Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
