Human Resources Generalist Compensation: ₹45,000 – 50,000/month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives   We’re an independent, integrated marketing agency  delivering specialized solutions for global brands. Some of our service offerings include: Digital Marketing Branding Design Production   We’re looking for a HR Generalist to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee engagement & retention, formulating policies & periodic performance reviews. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to scale the HR team and shape the playbook. This is an on-site role based in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days a week.   End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for all roles within the agency. Cultural Stewardship: Act as a custodian of the Skadoosh culture, implementing initiatives that promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment Performance Review Cycle: Design and administer a robust, periodic performance review system HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases & processes, and ensure all compensation and benefits related to payroll, attendance are documented   3–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management ~ Prior experience in Agencies is highly preferred ~ 45,000 – 50,000 based on experience Incentives based on performance (positions closed) Chance to work directly with the founding team and lead the HR function as we scale Exposure to a creative, high-impact marketing team Represent a team that works with industry leaders across Hospitality, Alcobev, Real Estate & FMCG clients.
