Ensure all designs adhere to firm standards, local bye-laws, UDCPR norms, and client expectations. Project Coordination Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent. Coordinate with contractors and project managers for smooth execution. Assist in client presentations, discussions, and feedback implementation. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure delivery within deadlines. Documentation & Quality Control Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and quality standards. Support the creation of in-house libraries for materials, vendors, and project references. R&D and Innovation Contribute to the firm’s R&D initiatives in sustainable design, new materials, and innovative detailing. Bring in fresh design thinking and modern technology (AI tools, BIM, rendering software, etc.). Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.2–6 years of relevant experience in design and site execution. ~ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Revit , and MS Office tools. ~ Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and project execution. ~ Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and team coordination efficiently. ~ Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle – from concept to completion.
