Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Hopcharge in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, develop growth strategies, and building and maintaining client relationships. They will also analyze market trends, develop and implement sales strategies, and participate in networking events.
Roles & Responsibility
- Lead and assist senior management in Business Development initiatives- OEM Partnership, Strategic Growth, Franchise Partnership, Product Partnership
- Generate/solicit leads - organically, cold calling/digital/social media channels
- Manage leads end-to-end from inception to after-sales
- Crafting Business Proposals and contracts
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience of a minimum 3-4 years in Business Development and Sales job roles
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience in the renewable energy or electric vehicle industry
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
