Location: Mumbai, Marol
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients for contract staffing solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor solutions
accordingly.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to contract staffing.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics and potential areas for
growth.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within upGrad Rekrut's suite of services.
Proposal Creation and Presentation:
Prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of upGrad Rekrut's
contract staffing solutions.
Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both upGrad Rekrut and the
client.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous
improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on contract staffing or workforce solutions.
Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and contract staffing trends.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of relevant technology tools and platforms in the staffing industry.
