Designation: GUITAR TEACHER Responsibilities: ● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online. ● Ensure that students enjoy the course ● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. ● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. ● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. ● Conduct group and private lessons as required. ● Provide a fun and creative environment. Qualifications / Experience required: ● Formal education in Music (Guitar). ● Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music. ● Strong subject knowledge. ● Experience in teaching Guitar. ● Relevant teaching experience (1+ years) ● Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus Skills Required: ● Good English Communication Skills. ● Must have experience in online teaching. ● Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop. ● Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources. ● Comfortable in teaching children. ● Should be available for teaching 6 days a week. ● Engages students in learning. ● Passion for making learning fun ● Should be comfortable with Music sheet/Sight reading. ● Must be proficient with Music Theory.
