Job Overview:
The Business Development Associate - BDA position at TWSS offers a great opportunity to start your career in Business Development and an MBA while working full-time. You will be working as a part of a high-energy team that welcomes innovation, values growth, and strives toward the success of both clients and employees. The growth prospects are guaranteed in terms of continuous mentorship, structured OJT, and much learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generation & Profiling of Leads: Profiling at least 20 eligible candidates each day for further qualification toward the next steps in their career journey.
- Interview Coordination: Facilitate at least 20 telephonic interviews daily and ensure that at least 2 second-round interviews are concluded.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients in the best interests of every educational program.
- Sales Targets & Incentives: Meet and exceed your daily targets. Additional incentives of ₹2,500 for every successful hire made during the OJT period.
What's in it for You:
- Structured OJT: The On-the-Job Training program lasts for 30 days, of which 7 days are allocated to classroom training and the remaining is hooked to practical, real-world business development experience.
- Compelling Compensation: Post-OJT, CTC would be in the range of ₹7 LPA to ₹9 LPA along with fixed ₹4 LPA and ₹6 LPA, respectively, and Variable ₹3 LPA at individual performance.
- Career Fast-Track: Upon completion of 6 successful hirings within OJT, one would directly get promoted as a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a hike of 20%-25%.
- Meritocratic Promotions: Fast-track career development based on quarterly merit-based promotions.
- Work-Integrated MBA: At Avanse, we finance your MBA with a 100% course fee loan at 0% interest. You will be qualified for leadership positions at ₹10 LPA with a hike of 150% in salary after completing a 2-year MBA.
Work Environment:
- Flexible Work Hours: Avail a balanced schedule for resources, working in shifts from Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Weekends off. Note: During the last week of every month, you must put in full effort and not avail any days off to meet monthly targets.
- Work-from-Home: You will work from home full-time with flexibility provided you can maintain a professional workspace and meet performance requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's or equivalent experience; preference for candidates desiring to pursue a Master's in Business Administration.

- Sales Acumen: Results-oriented with a track record of success in a target-based sales environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work with the team to attain set goals and meet company deadlines.
