Roles and Responsibilities:
Working along with the Business Analyst, Testing teams and coordinating for smooth delivery aligned with business requirements
Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models across NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI projects.
Research, Design, and implement Generative AI solutions using Azure Open AI model, Copilot services and other Azure AI Services. Create AI powered applications for text generation, knowledge base search, content creation and conversational agents.
Performing code optimization and identifying potential issues and defects
Working on database design with normalization
Participating in the deployment program by creating a reusable module diagram and packing the solution
Adhere to industry standard best practices for AI/ML development and deployment, ensuring maintainable, scalable, and secure solutions.
Adhere to Intelligent Automation specific coding standards and best practices.
Analyzing the technical & functional feasibility of new use cases which needs to be automated
Working on test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
Implementing change requirements supporting a structured change control process
Monitoring and working on solving issues on day-to-day basis for the solutions developed and deployed
Working with Business Analyst and SME for feasibility analysis
Attending meetings for the solution development and problems identified with
the solution
Capable of taking up complex challenges in AI/ML domain
Mentor and train fellow COE members to cross skill on AI/ML technologies
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Agile mindset and team player.
5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying and
supporting AI/ML solutions
5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying and
supporting UI/UX/Front end for the AI/ML solutions
Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries like Tensor Flow, Keras, Py Torch,
Scikit-learn, Spa Cy, Transformers (Hugging Face), Open CV etc.
Hands on experience using Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision,
Speech, etc.), Azure Machine Learning, and other related Azure AI tools for
developing, deploying, and managing AI models.
Strong knowledge and experience using LLM models.
Hands on experience with Azure Open AI models and MS Copilot services for
building generative AI solutions, including text generation, conversational
agents, and content automation.
Strong understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, data
transformation, and database design, including experience with SQL and
No SQL databases.
Hands on experience in designing, developing, and consuming SOAP/REST
APIs
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to resolve technical issues associated with AI/ML solutions
Willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
