Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Co-Founder to join our team and help shape the future of the Crewahead Haircut Channel. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in content creation, brand development, and community engagement. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong vision for the beauty industry and a desire to build something from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand vision and engages our target audience.
- Video Production: Collaborate on video concepts, scripting, and editing to ensure high-quality, entertaining, and educational content.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with our audience through social media, comments, and live events to build a loyal community.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with brands, influencers, and industry experts to enhance our content and reach.
- Marketing and Growth: Implement marketing strategies to grow our channel and increase viewership, including SEO optimization and social media campaigns.
- Brand Development: Help define and refine the Crewahead brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with other team members, guiding and mentoring them as the channel grows.
Qualifications:
- Passion for hairstyling and the beauty industry.
- Proven experience in content creation, video production, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of You Tube and social media dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
