Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flutter and Dart, experience in building and deploying mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable apps. As a senior developer, he will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall architecture and design of mobile applications.



Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, backend developers) to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on quality and scalability.

• Optimize app performance and ensure a smooth user experience.

• Debug and resolve issues, identify potential performance bottlenecks, and deliver app updates.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.

• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, helping to foster a learning environment.

• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles to deliver product increments on time.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


• 4-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

• Proficiency in Flutter and Dart with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.

• Strong experience in building, testing, and deploying apps for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Solid understanding of mobile app design principles, UI/UX, and best practices.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.

• Knowledge of third-party libraries and APIs, along with their integration in Flutter.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, etc.) and React Native is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
