Interface.ai provides an Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) to FIs to automate calls and customer inquiries across multiple channels and engage their customers with financial insights and upsell/cross-sell. Our IVA is transforming financial institutions’ call centers from a cost to a revenue center. Our core technology is built 100% in-house with several breakthroughs in Natural Language Understanding. Our parser is built based on zero-shot learning that helps us to launch industry-specific IVA that can achieve over 90% accuracy on Day-1. Many of them come from ML teams at Apple, Microsoft and Salesforce in the US along with enterprise architects with over 20+ years of experience building large-scale systems. Founders come from Banking and Enterprise Technology backgrounds with previous experience scaling companies from scratch to $50M+ in revenues. We are a fully remote team LinkedIn - Role – Technical Delivery Manager Shift timing – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM Enterprise SAAS delivery managers # Should have 10 - 15 years of industry experience # Owns end-to-end customer responsibilities (both during and after implementation) for a virtual assistant solution implementation involving multiple customers and products/solutions. # Mentoring, coaching & managing team efficiency on all customer projects, internal projects & operational Needs # Managing all team projects with proper escalation matrix # Bring in process and tools to improve implementation efficiencies # Manages changes to project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance # Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis # Manage Change Requests that arises during the implementation # Steer our customers towards standard solution setups leveraging Virtual assistant, AI best practices; Good track record of delivery of the Software Product/Platform/Application. # Working experience in any cloud environment, preferably (AWS). # Working experience on configuration management and build/release planning & management # Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results. # Should be well versed in agile methodologies # Exposure to product implementation. # Analyzes the impact of implementing new technologies into the IT infrastructure. Proactively researches IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies and determines relevance to the Visitant IT and business organizations. # Experience with Javascript related technologies like NodeJS. # Having participated in product building or having work experience in a startup company is of added advantage.
