The Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship (GAME ) is an alliance of partners
unleashing the job creation potential of every entrepreneur in India. GAME believes that for India to prosper ("Viksit Bharat "), the proliferation of viksit locations is essential. A key component of such locations is a healthy entrepreneurship ecosystem that supports the creation of widespread and decentralized entrepreneurship—Mass Entrepreneurship—resulting in distributed jobs, livelihoods, and prosperity.
Through action driven coalitions around key themes such as ease of doing ‘small’ business, access to finance, MSME acceleration and more, GAME hopes to develop an ecosystem that encourages and enables entrepreneurship. The alliance operates through partner organisations, across policy, civil society, academia, and the private sector generating fresh insights, opportunity zones, new ideas, innovative technologies, and scalable actions. GAME believes that solving hard problems requires collective effort, and the organization serves to guide and enable collective impact.

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Program Director, The Program Coordinator- Entrepreneurship Mission (PC-EM) will play a vital role in coordinating and managing programs, ensuring effective stakeholder management, providing support to the Mission Director in facilitating mobilization and marketing support to partners, and ensuring adherence to partner budgets with strong liaison, coordination and communication. The role requires skills in project management, larger scale program management, and expertise in areas such as MIS, documentation, communication and liaison with private sector as well as the government.
Key Job Responsibilities:
(1) Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong working relationships with various key stakeholders involved in program implementation, including partner organizations, government agencies, community representatives, and other relevant entities. Foster effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among stakeholders;
(2) Project Management : Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor alliance-driven projects. Develop project plans, track progress, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure effective coordination and communication among stakeholders;
(3) MIS and Documentation : Develop and maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) to collect, analyse, and report program-related data. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of program activities, progress, and outcomes. Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights and support decision-making processes;
(4) Marketing & Go-Live Support to Partners : Provide guidance and support to partner organizations in implementing marketing strategies, and promoting program activities. Collaborate with partners to develop marketing collateral, conduct awareness campaigns and engage stakeholders effectively;
(5) Partnership Agreements : Draft and negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with partner organizations, outlining the terms and conditions of collaboration, mutual goals, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met in the MoU agreements;
(6) Impact Assessment : Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of alliance initiatives. Collect and analyze data, measure progress against predefined metrics, and generate reports highlighting the social, economic, and environmental impact of partnerships;
(7) Organize Review Meetings : Plan and conduct regular review meetings with key stakeholders to evaluate the progress of entrepreneurship programs, identify challenges, and propose necessary actions for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to the State SEM team and other relevant authorities.
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
Qualification:
Applicants must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Economics field. A postgraduate degree or certification in project management, public administration, or a related field is desirable.
Experience:
(1) Minimum 10 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in program coordination/ management, sales and marketing preferably in private sector;
(2) Previous experience in MSME, Entrepreneurship, business banking or non-banking financial sector/s will be a plus;
(3) Hands on experience of digital and social media marketing will be a plus.

(1) Self-starter and a Team Player : Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, both within the organization and with external partners and other stakeholders including government;
(2) Multitasking : Capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
(3) Project Management : Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and oversee programs and initiatives effectively;
(4) Relationship Management : Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders;
(5) Communication : Strong communication and coordination skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, prepare official correspondence. Strong coordination and documentation skills to ensure smooth implementation and compliance;
(6) Data Management : Proficiency in designing and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) to capture, analyze, and report program-related data accurately and efficiently;
(7) Documentation : Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports, program updates, and other written materials;
(8) Sectorial Acumen : Good understanding of MSME and entrepreneurship development sectors with knowledge of challenges and policies involved affecting the micro as well as small category enterprises;
(9) Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
6. COMPENSATION OFFERED:
Gross compensation budgeted for the position is attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history.
