We're looking for a forward-thinking AI Search & Content Intelligence Specialist for a UK-based digital agency working with luxury fashion brands. You’re someone who lives at the intersection of SEO, AI optimisation, and content engineering. You'll optimise our content for both traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and AI-first platforms (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Bing Deep Search), ensuring we surface where people actually search, ask questions, and get answers in 2025 and beyond. E-commerce marketing agency based in the UK / US Role: Part-time role to start with (20 hours/week) transitioning to a full time role Fully remote (work from wherever makes you happy) 10L - ₹15L per year (for a full-time role) AI search architect: Optimise content specifically for AI summarising engines and agentic systems. You'll structure content with question-based formatting, semantic entities, clean fact patterns, and credible citations that AI models love to reference. ~ Schema & structured data engineer: Implement and maintain modern structured data (schema.org, JSON-LD) to improve how AI agents and search engines understand our content. AI-powered content producer: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate content outlines, create high-quality drafts, and refine them to match brand voice. ~ Monitor performance in Google Search Console and AI search platforms to identify gaps where the content isn't surfacing. ~ Map semantic entities, build topical clusters, and handle keyword research that goes beyond traditional SEO into how AI models understand topics and relationships. ~ Work with social teams on optimising content for TikTok and Instagram search through caption structuring, keyword placement, and entity tagging. Understand how paid search and paid social influence organic performance. Someone with 2 – 4 years of experience who has the following skills and traits: ~ Modern SEO foundation with AI curiosity: You have solid SEO fundamentals, but you're itching to move beyond legacy tactics. You're obsessed with AI — you use it daily, follow every platform change, and understand the content patterns AI models reward. ~ You can think structurally about schema, indexing, and content architecture. You're comfortable with data tools (GSC, GA4, Looker, spreadsheets) and can analyse search patterns without needing to code ~ Content strategist, not just writer: You have strong instincts for content structuring and understand entity SEO, semantic search, and topical clustering. You know how to make content both human-friendly and machine-readable. ~ You're comfortable operationalising AI tools and running structured tests. Bonus points if you have Experience with Python or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis Exposure to paid search or Meta advertising and how they create cross-channel signals Track record of staying current with AI search algorithm changes across multiple platforms Understanding of how brand queries and demand generation impact organic search Previous work optimising for answer boxes, featured snippets, or AI summaries Discovery call - to understand your motivations
