About the Business :

Electrical systems need to be safe and reliable to ensure critical processes in industries, run without interruptions.
Yet, they invariably experience outages due to tripping and equipment failures. Proper design, periodic health analysis of equipment, study of the interplay between various equipment in the system under varied operating conditions are necessary & essential to ensure safe and reliable system operation. We deliver all services related to the electrical system to proactively ensure system reliability, find the
root cause and suggest corrective action.

Your Profile
Educated to Masters/Ph.D in Electrical Engineering with High Voltage/Power Systems specialization
0-10 years of experience in power systems consulting
A network of industry contacts and clients
Lead on excellence in power systems software packages (e.g. PSCAD, DIgSILENT, PowerFactory, PSS/E, ETAP etc.)
Experience in carrying out extensive EMTP analysis is a must
Proactive and highly motivated to meet customer requirements
Proven track record in project delivery
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often working on multiple projects/ proposals at any one time
Ability to deliver client work efficiently to externally driven deadlines
Focus on quality, ensuring excellence of deliverable for both project reports and proposals
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
Will be supporting with bidding and winning work
Will be involved in writing technical reports and business proposals as well as engaging directly with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for the role
An ability and enthusiasm to learn new technical skills is essential
The work is fast paced and, as a result, excellent organization skills are also required
Roles & Responsibilities

To deliver consulting work related to the various types of power systems studies and analysis
To provide technical and project management leadership to support the project team in the successful delivery of consulting work
Management and resourcing of the power systems team
Ensuring technical quality of delivery of power systems projects, reports and proposals
To contribute to the commercial development of studies and analysis within the power systems team
To build and maintain key client relationships to effectively position power systems services and secure future business
To identify areas where services/skill sets can be integrated through multi-disciplinary working, thereby developing and growing new services
To lead the development and delivery of project proposals
Lead on efficiency improvements in delivery, for example driving the development of new scripts on power systems software packages
