About Tars:

Tars is a No-code AI-agent & chatbot builder allowing anyone to build AI agents and publish it on their website. We believe in giving the power in the hands of our users by building tools that make it super simple for them to design and build amazing conversational experiences.


Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential influencers and creators on social platforms - TikTok, IG & Youtube predominantly for a collaboration with our product and ask them for a dedicated video review.
  • Create a roster of micro influencers relevant for different categories of AI agents that are published on Tars Agent Marketplace.
  • Analyze influencer metrics and top-performing content to craft data-driven collaboration strategies.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel influencer outreach plan using DMs, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Negotiate collaboration costs and secure long term deals that have multi-video collaboration approach and cross-platform promotion contracts for long-term influencer partnerships.
  • Optimize campaign cost structures by tracking CPV across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Develop tailored video strategies with the right formats, hooks, and product integrations for influencers.
  • Create and manage content publishing calendars for campaigns and individual influencers.
  • Define and enforce collaboration terms, including posting guidelines, timelines, and payment policies.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on short & long form video marketing trends to create engaging and relevant content that attracts and sustains our target audience.
  • Re-purpose influencer led content across platforms while staying current with trending AI innovations and developments.
  • Monitor analytics and user engagement to identify trends, optimize content, and adjust strategies.
  • Bring innovative and creative ideas to life, executing them quickly and effectively to drive growth and engagement on social media platforms.

Skill(s) & Qualifications required:

  • Completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including IG, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Existing social media brand presence and distribution are an advantage.
  • Passionate about AI and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
  • Available for a duration of 3 months
