Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  1. Solution Design :
  • Develop tailored solutions using ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM).
  • Configure and customize workflows to align with business objectives.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  1. Implementation and Configuration :
  • Lead or support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure modules, workflows, and integrations.
  1. Training and Documentation :
  • Create documentation for processes, workflows, and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
  1. Continuous Improvement :
  • Monitor and optimize deployed solutions for performance and usability.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features and suggest upgrades or enhancements.
