Role Description

">

This role requires independent testers who will work through the lifecycle of quality assurance testing and contribute towards accelerating delivery and driving quality across the application usage lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Closely collaborate with other delivery teams, technical support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.">
  • Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans using quality processes and methodologies.">
  • Create tests to identify software problems and analyze bugs and errors found during testing.">
  • Document results of tests for the software development team and recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.">
  • Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance by working together with the software development team to enhance and improve quality of the software.">
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements to stay ahead of the curve.">

Requirements

">
  • B-Tech, B.E, or MCA degree from a recognized institution.">
  • Proven experience as a manual and automation tester.">
  • Good debugging skills and trouble-shooting abilities.">
  • Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern or Selenium.">
  • Experience in CI/CD, agile methodologies, and cloud services (AWS preferred).">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">
  • Hands-on experience with shell scripting.">
  • Experience in system functional and performance testing.">
  • Experience in version control systems (git, svn) and bug tracking tools (bugzilla, jira).">

Estimated Salary Range

Rupees 12-18 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
