Automation Tester Role

This is a seasoned automation testing position that requires expertise in Pega and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and maintain test cases mapping back to pre-determined criteria, including technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and/or user stories.
  • Create, analyze, and resolve defects through root cause identification.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a fast-moving collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and thoroughness in tasks, with reliability, responsibility, dependability, honesty, and ethics ensuring quality and accuracy in work.
  • Experience in QA roles that leverage Pega/CCM or equivalent technology to deliver data-driven communications.
  • Hands-on experience with POSTMAN for API testing and ability to write test scripts.
  • Developing automated tests using C#, maintaining automation code on GIT.
  • Conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and run independently at times.
