We are seeking a skilled Sr. Structural Design Engineer to join our team.

The role involves designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of industrial civil foundations and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design, project execution, and compliance with industry codes and standards.

  1. Design and analyze structural components for industrial civil foundations and steel structures using STAAD Pro, ETABS, and other software.

  2. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports for projects.

  3. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

  4. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality projects.

  5. Review and approve design calculations, models, and construction documents.

  6. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

  7. Evaluate and implement new technologies and methods to improve structural design efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).

  • 5–10 years of experience in industrial civil foundation and steel structure design.
